At Salcon, we have a no return & no exchange policy. This means that our customers cannot exchange their purchased item(s) after receiving their order. However, we understand that sometimes things change and customers may need to cancel their order before it has been shipped. If that is the case, we do offer the option to cancel an order before it is shipped.
In order to cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately. We will process the cancellation request and issue a refund for the full amount paid if the order has not been shipped. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it or issue a refund.
